Philips IDE devices are sold as HP 7300 or something like. But
they are not supported :-(

Teac makes cd-writers that have 4X write speed. But I don't know
about their compatibility. When I tried to ask Teac about it,
they wanted me to sign NDA. And I'm still trying to get from them,
whether can I freely release the patches for driver if I sign NDA
to make them.
