Is it a notebook or a desktop PC? If a desktop, are you using an ISA-PCMCIA card or a PCI-PCMCIA card? I'm using a ISA-PCMCIA card with the wavelan card here with no problems, but I see the same errors that you do with a PCI-PCMCIA card, even in 4.0-STABLE and -CURRENT. That is even with the support for the TI-1225 PCI-PCMCIA bridge that Warner did commit a few days ago. I suspect that there is some register setting still missing somewhere, but it is getting closer.
