Can people who know checksum offload spend a few minutes updating
the mbuf(9) man page?

I've bcc'd a number of you, but this is in general a request to get
things updated as well.

I'm willing to add the text and do basic editing if you send me
the general idea of what needs to be said.  Please only send me text
if you know exactly what these flags mean and how they are used.  Yes,
I can speculate like everyone, but I want people who have actually
USED these flags to comment on them, and make sure they are properly
documented..  Some are only used on the outbound path, others on the
inbound, and despite the current docs both...

There are a large number of flags that have been added over the years...
and it'd be good to catch up with that work...

Yes, I could spend hours reading the code, but it'd be much easier to
just ask the people who did the work.
