The rc script /etc/rc.d/local contains this description:

    desc=3D"Run /etc/rc.local and /etc/shutdown.local"

However, the shutdown script is:

    /etc/rc.shutdown.local

not

    /etc/shutdown.local

(Notice the missing "rc.").

So the description should be changed to:

    desc=3D"Run /etc/rc.local and /etc/rc.shutdown.local"
