I've just tested your patch and everything seems to work fine by now : - No panic at startup - testgart works - even glxgears works and show 1300.800 fps ! I've attached the (verbose) dmesg and the output of testgart... I've also attached the patched agp_amd64.c and agpreg.h I used. Many thanks for the patch...
