I remember when studying this issue several verses of the Tanakh (OT) used this word for definite non-virgins. Unfortunately I don't own a concordance, so I can't post chapter and verse at the moment.

This is refering to the birth of King Hezekiel if memory serves me
correctly. Really; in what way would a prediction of an eventual messiah
