Two problems:

1. There's only one issue, and it's stale.

2. It's in a proprietary format that requires many readers to download
a plug-in. (Others, such as users as some of the other *BSD's, can't
even GET a plug-in and so can't read it.) There's no excuse for this in 
a situation where we want to support non-proprietary standards and easy 
migration between platforms.
