Past experience suggests that normally the problem is only with the
file or directory names.  I suggest you change the name of the
directory and PKGNAME to "erwn" or something that does not exactly
match the trademark.

Don't worry about the contents (the rest of Makefile, DESCR) yet,
those stuff can be changed later easily.
