Hardly rocket science and doesn't make it untrue. If you're going to "reinstall" because of one little mistake like that you'd have to boot from different media anyway. Next you're going to say "But, but, what if you didn't have a cdrom drive ? ... or someone forgot the prom password !" ? All these things are different issues and can be fixed. Yeesh.
