Its one of those deals where the contractor won't put it in because the
landlords might be superstitious, but failing that, the landlord will
say now because the leaser might be superstitious.

Bah.  There is a building being put up in Bellevue, WA that has a
concrete shaft of some sort with numbers painted on the outside.  4 5 6
7 8 9 10 11 12 14 15 ...
