This would indicate that there are two subdirectories of SysV. Or at
least, it thinks there are. References to "." come from:
1 from the parent directory
1 from the "." entry itself
1 from each ".." entry in each subdirectory

It certainly looks like that; fsck ought to pick up problems like this,
however.

You might try fsdb(8).
