Thanks! I will try this patch out as soon as I get a chance. I had to repurpose my boot disk, but I can get it back today. One question: I assume the new INITIAL_READONLY_SECTIONS statement is supposed to be one line? The .diff file shows it broken up into three lines. But I am betting that's just line wrap from some tool. ................................... Is there a toolchain person who might know? This patch should fix it: http://people.freebsd.org/~gonzo/patches/elf64.diff This bug was introduced due to some change in ldscripts generation logic. I'm not sure if it's proper fix. May be someone with better toolchain knowledge will suggest something better. _______________________________________________ freebsd-mips@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-mips To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-mips-unsubscribe@freebsd.org"help
