I've just installed FreeBSD 4.0 on one of my boxes, and have a slight
problem running setiathome client... it doesn't run. I downloaded the
v2.4 client for FreeBSD 3.3 from the seti page, which contains the
text mode and the x clients. Neither will run.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, keeping in mind that I'm
a real newbie when it comes to *nix systems?

TIA

peter
