You would probably have a hard time suing any company on this basis, even Micro$oft, granted they might give you a complimentary copy of Microsoft Office, but in any case whose ever heard of a user winning a suit against an applications software company? That is what we need to do, start a class action suit against Microsoft for providing inherently damaging and faulty software. It is curious that this is probably the only industry where you can get away with making and distributing faulty products and still stay in business.
