I've run into a wierd problem with ssh and X forwarding from my laptop. It's running -STABLE CVSup'd as of this morning at 9am, but the problem has been in exhibit for a while now. I've tried the system installed verion of ssh, a hand compiled version of openssh 3.0.2p1, and ssh 1.2.27. All fail. They all return the following: %xv xv: Can't open display X11Forwarding is set to yes and X11DisplayOffset is set to 10. This worked fine on 4.3-R (which is what I was running prior to migrating to 4.5-S). All the ipf[w] and ipv6 options in rc.conf are off. Has anyone else seen this, and/or already know what's going on? Just to verify that it's not a single install, I migrated my desktop from 4.3-R to 4.5-S via CVSup as well, and it now has the same problem. I'm CVSup'ing src-all, ports-all, and doc-all. I use 'make world' post cvsup; then reboot and config -r the kernel config file, remake the kernel, and reboot again. I've tried displaying to Irix 6.5.11m, Win2k w/Exceed3d 6.2, and FreeBSD 4.3-R XF86 4.0.3, all fail, so I'm pretty sure this is a -stable issue.
