Synopsis: Panic: vm_page_remove(): page not found in hash

State-Changed-From-To: analyzed->open
State-Changed-By: delphij
State-Changed-When: Mon Feb 14 13:02:11 GMT 2005
State-Changed-Why:
Turn this back to pool. I don't have much time to debug the issue,
and it doesn't seem to be reproducable on my test box as I have done
the experiment some months ago. Hope some more VM-knowledgable person
can pick this up.
