turn on the layer 1 debugging bits with isdndebug. If the Fritz!Card really
gets interrupts (while ISDN is not active) then you'll see trace output from
the driver. Make certain NOT to use i4b at all before doing this !! I say that
because most NTs send keep-alive packets every 10 seconds to the TE after
a connection has been made. That will also cause trace output and only
obfuscate things.
