Hello,
The shujit port seems to have been updated to shujit-0.7.14, yesterday. :-)
So you would need to update your ports tree.
I installed it onto my 5-current system, this morning, without any trouble.
The new port seems to honor your JAVA_HOME setting now, so I don't think
any tweeking to Makefiles are necessary any more.
