Indeed I would be fine with 27Gb or even 25Gb. My original request to Glen was to increase it to 22Gb, so the increase to 30Gb was just to avoid being nibbled to death by 2Gb increases. So keeping it at a size that allows it to be run for free will not impact building systems for at least several years.
