Before you give up on the monitor, make sure it's not near anything that generates a magnetic field (including another monitor, a fluorescent light, etc.). This can make the image on most monitors shake. Also check for ground loops. (Is the monitor plugged into the same power strip as the computer? If not, you could have trouble.) --Bretthome | help
