I know of at least 1 company that has migrated from FreeBSD to Linux for this very reason. > > If I leave my PC alone without a connected ps/2 keyboard, I can not use it > again, when I connect the keyboard to the PC again. Look in your kernel configuration file, if you use the generics-kernel: /usr/src/sys/i386/conf/GENERIC There should be a line reading: device atkbd0 at atkbdc? irq 1 flags 0x1 Remove the "flags 0x1" part and recompile your kernel. Reboot, and next time you reconnect the keyboard it will work properly. > > I don't now, does it matter or not, the logo_save.ko is loaded. > > I have this problem only with BSD. > > Is there any solutions? > > 10x > > tompos > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org > with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
