Yes. I have one <IBM-DPTA-353750/P51OA30A> in our mp3 machine. PIIX3
controller on the quite old Intel PPro motherboard, newest BIOS and no
marginal problems so far. New ata drivers claim sometimes lost disk
contact but I haven't seen anything else caused by this.
