They aren't properly hooked up to the ports tree yet, and there need to be some modifications to ${PORTSDIR}/Mk/bsd.database.mk before it is going to work. Unfortunately all I can suggest at the moment is to use mysql55-server or mariadb-server[*] temporarily until the percona ports get sorted out.
