I object to this code:

I don't want to give the impression that kde@ still supports
using this version of Qt in ports.  This file is maintained by
KDE/FreeBSD and so Qt1-related code does not belong here.
You never responded to this condition of mine when you said you
wanted to re-add this port.

Of course, to seem reasonable, I'll give you two choices:

	1) Clearly mark that it is not supported IN ANY WAY in
	   this file.
	2) Remove this file and create a similar one under the
	   qt145 directory, and use that where necessary.
	   Speaking for the team I prefer this option.

Thanks for doing the work, btw.. I was gonna do it sometime this
week or something like that.
