It seems I have the same with a HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF PC. When disabling=
 in
the AMI Bios the EFI mode and using legacy it works fine. Also it hung on a
similar message as posted earlier in this ticket:

EFI framebuffer information:
addr, size          0xc0000000, 0x10000000
dimensions          800 x 600
stride              832
masks               0x00ff0000, 0x0000ff00, 0x000000ff, 0xff000000

If more info is necessary i'm willing to provide.
