I have done many bits of the processing, using the groff2db script; unfortunately, the script produces a lot of "uncompilable" SGML code, which I am fixing. I will put patch for it online soon. I apologise for the lateness, but rest assured, I am still working on it. It should be done in about a week or two's time, now that I have "real" summer holidays, so I can work more on it. Thanks.
