Pausing, choppiness.

I'm sure I have no idea what you're talking about.  :-)

I tried building a kernel with the old Voxware stuff, and config warned me
that the drivers had been deprecated and to use pcm/sbc/etc instead.  So
it *is* possible to still use the old stuff?  Hmmm.
