Murry,

Although I was not one of the people clamoring for this, the effort and
time spent doing this is truly appreciated. The tools the FreeBSD project
has available to keep a system up to date and secure are great (cvsup,
portupgrade, make release, buildworld) and for a seasoned UNIX admin this
is more than enough, but to expend this effort to assist the newer users
to FreeBSD is a "good thing".

Thanks to all who are working on this point release, hopefully this will
reduce the number of insecure "out of the box" installs, and further
enhance the image of FreeBSD as IMHO "The Best True UNIX" for both the
experienced hackers and the people who have just started on this path.

Sincerely,

Stephen Hilton
