> Make sure the acpi kernel module is being loaded on startup. See > acpi(4). It wwasnt - but I stuck 'acpi_load="YES"' in /btoo/loader.conf and now it comes up and starts the CPU's. Thanks. Wonder why it wasnt loaded automatically though ? -pcf.
