https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=288746 Bug ID: 288746 Summary: /tmp gets wrong permissions after upgrading to 14.3-RELEASE-p2 (on pkgbase?) Product: Base System Version: 14.3-RELEASE Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: misc Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: mikael@oxcrag.net I run FreeBSD with pkgbase. After upgrading a 14.3-RELEASE-p1 to -p2, the permissions on /tmp had changed from the expected 1777 to 755, preventing non-root accounts to write temporary files. Manually resetting the permissions on the directory resolved this issue. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
