Hi, Has anyone used either pppd or ppp in a callback environment ? At work, we have a Shiva LanRover and the system is configured with callback for security reasons. Now, how can I configure either PPP program to deal with the fact that the Shiva software can't handle "login:" ? I thought of use the "pp" capability of getty but maybe is there another way... ? If pp string is specified and a PPP link bringup sequence is recognized, getty will invoke the program referenced by the pp option. This can be used to handle incoming PPP calls. Is "pp=/usr/sbin/pppd" enough ? -- Ollivier ROBERT -=- FreeBSD: The Power to Serve! -=- roberto@keltia.freenix.fr FreeBSD keltia.freenix.fr 3.0-CURRENT #54: Mon Jan 26 20:29:17 CET 1998
