The need to be part of the whole such as Usenet is providing
will never go away . The principal of freedom and order will prevail.
The problem know facing the Internet is how to enforce and protect
its existence and I am afraid that the "old ways" of dealing with
problems such as spammers may resurface . Lets us pray that our
young "Republic" will be able to effectively deal with the
problem of chaotic distibution of information.
