But then you lose some flexibility.  You (er we) can put quick or
temporary answers in the FAQ and have more time to refine documentation
for the Handbook.  Besides there are some question that are better
answered in the FAQ. Things like "How did you split the distribution into
240k files" which may be of interrest but are a bit too specific for the
handbook itself (IMHO).
