Read chapter 18 of the handbook, ``The Cutting Edge.. [etc]''. This
gives details of keeping -stable or -current. If you use one of those,
join the relevant mailing list (freebsd-stable or freebsd-current).

If you are just referring to FreeBSD 3.0-RELEASE, you'll have to wait
another 4 days until that's released.
