Call GTE texas sometime and ask for a Fractional T1 circuit... Their reply is generally along the lines of "no". Frame Relay? Yeah right! but hell, we don't have ISDN, but I wish we did..... So, you end up paying $25/mile on an intralata T1, when all you need is 128k.... Naah!
