Synopsis: bug in /usr/include/sys/socket.h

State-Changed-From-To: feedback->open

State-Changed-When: Wed Jul 19 05:11:50 PDT 2000
State-Changed-Why:
After some research, it appears that Yoshinobu Inoue has already
formulated a proposed patch for this. Unfortunately, Inoue-san
is unavailable at present, so what this PR really needs now is
for some brave soul to step into the quagmire.
