Early in the preface, the handbook introduction is described as:
"Introduces FreeBSD to a new user. It describes the history of the
FreeBSD Project, the goals, development model, and everything they've
done for the FreeBSD project."
As far as I can tell, the introduction of the handbook describes all of those things, except what the FreeBSD Project has done for the FreeBSD Project. So my fix just removes:
"and everything they've done for the FreeBSD project"
and cleans up the remaining text.
Also, if you are handling this ceri, notice that I was able to get rid of a contraction with this fix as well. :-)
