It describes the history of the FreeBSD Project, the goals, development model, and everything they've done for the FreeBSD project." As far as I can tell, the introduction of the handbook describes all of those things, except what the FreeBSD Project has done for the FreeBSD Project. So my fix just removes: "and everything they've done for the FreeBSD project" and cleans up the remaining text.
