This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0003_01C03DAA.4CFC4630 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi, Sorry to bother you. I have looked around in the newsgroups and = have not found an answer to this problem. Using FreeBSD 4.1 and the = Samba port, my Windows clients are often getting semaphore timeout = messages. Usually if I access a file share on a Windows machine and = then go back to the Samba machine it will then work. Is it possible for = me to cause this behavior with a poorly written smb.conf, or is there a = bug which needs to be fixed? -Breen Ouellette ------=_NextPart_000_0003_01C03DAA.4CFC4630 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Diso-8859-1"> <META content=3D"MSHTML 5.50.4207.2601" name=3DGENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=3D#ffffff> <DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2>Hi,</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2> Sorry to bother = you.
