I have another machine (#2) which is networked to this local HD (ethernet), but has no other access to the outside world. I have WARFTP server set up on #1, and #2 can see #1 and get files from the 4.3 release directories just fine. When installing using the 'all files' option and in DEBUG mode, the install stops when trying to retrieve a file called ports.inf from the /ports directory I've downloaded. Problem: there IS no such file on the ftp.freebsd.org site! What the heck is going on? >How-To-Repeat: Try installing 4.3 over an FTP connection with the 'all files' option selected. >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
