I'm not currently aware of any Alpha-compatible firmware for the DAC1164. 
If you've built the array on an Intel machine, the 'mlx' driver should 
work.  Note that I haven't been able to test this, and my DAC1164PVX is 
going to be going away soon for an indeterminate period, so YMMV.
