Before I get back to these, let me review the new patch first:

* Why is there a BUNDLECMD? I mean we have the rehash, which sweeps and creates
new. We don't have an explicit delete. For the bundle it should be the same.
Consistency.
* We have exactly one CERTDESTDIR, so we should have only one CERTDESTFILE. All
other instances should symlink to the canonical bundle. the linking could be
another flag/option.
