make -j4 buildworld fails, and I spotted the following within, several 
pages (screens) above its final place of death.

I'm going to submit a bug report for GCC as requested, but as I'm sure 
this is the version of GCC I've used before without problem, I thought 
maybe a bug report ought to be posted to freebsd-bugs too.

Any ideas what's upsetting the process?
