It should fix bugs: #268983, #267220 - fix for this bug was backported by Nvidia, according to the changelog, and bug #263475. The patch to linux-nvidia-libs may need some tests, I didn't test it too long. Why not the newest production version 525? I have some serious problems with the 520 and 525 series of the driver.
