I'm sending this after-the-fact, and more or less "for posterity's
sake". Thursday Oct 2nd 2008 at around 3:00 UTC we created the
RELENG_6_4 branch in preparation for the 6.4-RC1 builds. This was the
first time we've branched using SVN. The email message that would have
gone to the cvs-src@ and cvs-all@ mailing lists as a result of that
commit was, umm, big. We decided to kill that at the moderator stage
and send this instead. :-)
