Next I'd suggest cvsup and a careful look at http://www.freebsd.org/doc/ en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/current-stable.html and following. Updating sources would never ruin anything! And FreeBSD is not only a kernel but a complete operating system so just=20 building a new kernel can lead you into trouble. Good luck, =2DHarry P.S: Why do you state a reply in the subject (Re:) when it isn't one? > > > > Regards > _______________________________________________ > freebsd-stable@freebsd.org mailing list > http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-stable > To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-stable-unsubscribe@freebsd.org" --Boundary-02=_BI9o/9HgPqJ+L9M Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Description: signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQA/o9IBBylq0S4AzzwRAgs8AKCDraEu7Tszoq+WZtikOoXJALRolACeP+RR mxD8/Jlloy8hdP1jSSLWuek= =fSat -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Boundary-02=_BI9o/9HgPqJ+L9M--
