I just updated all the three python versions, that got newer versions:
- lang/python27: 2.7.3 -> 2.7.4
- lang/python32: 3.2.3 -> 3.2.4
- lang/python33: 3.3.0 -> 3.3.1

This also includes docs update (lang/python-doc-html) and general clean-up.

I'm not sure what the procedure of updating python ports is and if it's 
require exp-run, so asking Martin to clarify that. Hope we can commit 
that after the freeze. Here is the updated ports:
