Probably. You'd have to ask them.

No more than I could if they used "garbage@mired.org". I've had the
latter happen, and just set up an auto-responder saying that the mail
had been forged, and I had nothing to do with it. Fortunately, there
wasn't a lot of it. If you're really interested in this type of thing,
check out the nowhere.com web site.

Yup. At various times, I've had all four different versions. I even
had a ricochet wireless modem - one of the original ones - with a
static IP address.
