1st, IPv4-mapped IPv6 address is not 6to4.
I don't understand your question. In anyway, I have a plan to change
the default to NO for 5-CURRENT before 5.0-RELEASE is out. But, I
have no plan for 4-STABLE due to avoid POLA violation.
