I "ported" your patch into nullfs and that fixes the "locking against
myself" problem I was constantly seeing.

Now, running programs out of a nullfs is again broken (not your fault
:-)). I get a panic from inside ffs_getpages (called through null_bypass)
when it tries to get the first page of the executable.
