Update your ports, uninstall "dri-devel" and install "dri" instead.

   % grep ^PORTVERSION /usr/ports/graphics/dri{,-devel}/Makefile
   /usr/ports/graphics/dri/Makefile:PORTVERSION=   6.4.1
   /usr/ports/graphics/dri-devel/Makefile:PORTVERSION=     6.2.20050719

Guess which one is most up-to-date? :)
